So, I’ve always wanted a denim jacket, but I have never found one I liked – until this weekend. Usually, the ones I see in stores are a) scratchy, b) super expensive or c) cropped. I was at an outlet mall with my boyfriend this weekend and landed upon one that was none of these things! If you’ve never been to the J. Crew factory store, I highly suggest checking it out. That’s where I found my perfect denim jacket!

It’s super soft and as soon as I felt it I had to try it on. In my outlet store, it was available for 50% off of it’s regular price of $85. Online, it’s available on sale for $63.50!
I tried it on and like magic, it fit perfectly, with the sleeves not being too long and the bottom hem falling right at the waistline of my pants. Sold!
I am wearing an XXS – this is a huge reason that I love J. Crew. For reference, I am 5’2”. Unfortunately, this necklace is no longer for sale – it was from Target by BaubleBar, but they have some similar ones by the same brand!
This camel colored turtleneck shirt is also from J.Crew Factory, it’s not too thick and perfect for layering – this was also on sale in my store for $19.99 (available online right now for $23.50) I am wearing a size XS in the shade “deep copper”. My pants are my favorites of the season from Lulu’s – check them out here!
Do you own a denim jacket? What are your favorite fall pieces to layer? I am loving turtlenecks for layering basics!
